Do all the phones on the business account get 12 month upgrades every year or just the primary business line?

I believe it depends on how many lines are on the account...Ill look it up when I go to work tomorrow

EDIT: So it looks like the business annual upgrade is based on the contractual agreement when the account was created.

Here's your detailed answer (yes I'm an employee) Note....this is no longer available if you signed a contract after Jan. 16 of 2011

1. You need to be on a $49.99 or higher calling plan for three consecutive months prior to upgrade

2. Need more than 12 months since last phone number change

3. 2 year pricing plus $20 upgrade fee applies

4. If you are on a family share plan only primary line gets the annual upgrade unless that person wants to share it with another line on that share plan essentially giving it up to that other line.

You can always get your upgrade date by dialing #UPG

#1 is particularly important. Normally I'm on a $39.99 plan (minus 20% corp discount). Back in the day, when I knew a phone I wanted was 2 months out, I'd bump my plan to $49.99 for three months.
$10 * 3 months - 20% corp discount equated to $24.00. Add the $20 upgrade fee and it would cost me around $44 to upgrade annually @ 2 year pricing, and I would drop back to $39.99 immediately after.

If memory serves I did this to get the BB Storm 2 9550. Looks like the joke ended up being on me

Does the annual upgrade apply to Costco, Verizon Premium retailers, Amazon or Wirefly purchases? Or can you only get the annual upgrade through Verizon store / online?
