the dinc4g has the krait s4 28nm with lte on chip. the rez has the s3 45nm with separate lte radio.

Right. The processor is better on the DInc 4G, just like I said.

For future reference, I discovered that you can upgrade one week (7 Days) earlier than your upgrade date. I discovered this when shopping at Costco.
