All,

I tried the above VZW screen protector. Installed great, looked good. Retrained finger prints, not a problem. Oddest thing is that after about an hour, finger print reader quit working. Tried to re-do the finger prints, reader wasn't accepting. Turned up the sensitivity, no dice. Was forced to peel the thing off. Now working fine again. I expected it to either work, or not work, not get worse over a very short time.

I'm actually fine with that. Just wanted to bring it here.

First there's a blue light filter built into the device. It can even be put on schedule and I'm pretty sure Bixby can also control it. Just type blue light into the settings search bar to find it's settings.

As for the FPR, what kind of installation did it have? Wet, self adhesive, static...? It sounds like it developed micro bubbles after installation which interfered with the sonics. Depending on the installation they might have gone away if you'd stick it out for a while. It might not have but it seems you have up pretty quick on something from Verizon which I assume was pricy. If you're interested in screen protectors I'd hit up YouTube and check out screen protectors for models S10, S20 and S21. Those all have the FPS and have been out long enough to have dozens of vids about the FPS vs screen protectors, which work and which don't.

Best wishes
