There was an article on the front page of the site in the news feed a week or so ago stating that there was a problem with the Pebble and the Note 3. The enabling of Pebble in accessibility would cause the system to turn off other features. Later, someone noticed that you can just turn all those features back on.
Just got my VZW version of the GN3. I did a factory reset of my Pebble Watch to start off clean, and then when I connected them I did not get any type of warnings at all about anything turning off or not working. I didn't have to re-enable anything at all.
Usually, VZW locking stuff down screws up everything for everyone... but this time maybe they did something right in the grand scheme of things.
