VZW return policy

Hey everyone,

Does anyone know what the current return window is for a new phone from Verizon? My girlfriend just bought a Droid 2 Global on the 15th and now I am hearing the Thunderbolt MAY come out on February 14th. If this happens, she is still within her 30 days to return the device. However, I know Verizon was planning on changing this policy to 2 weeks, do we know if that has happened yet?

They changed it to 14 days as their new return policy

The new policy went into effect on the 16th of January, so if he bought it on the 15th, then he does have 30 days to return (and incur the $35 restocking fee).

I'm actually in the same boat. Bought a BB Bold on the 15th and planning to exchange it for a D2G before the 30 days is up.

It's if you activated it before the 16th.
For instance my father ordered his DINC on Thursday and they "forgot" to ship it until this Wednesday so he is now on the 14 day window, but they gave him $$$ because of this convinient delay and I cannot spell tonight.
