I can't get this to install on my dinc. Starts to install then errors out. Tried downloading it twice same issue. Running stock 2.2 no root. Any ideas.

Works great for me. Mine errored upon installing but still installed. Try keeping/removing the stub before you install the full. The install takes quite some time, so be prepared to wait. Other than that, it's absolutely great!

(On a side note and a bit offtopic) Does anybody else have more trouble on easy than normal and hard? Seems to me like normal and hard have more leeway to timing (could just be im pressing at the same time, but the frets are moving faster) than easy does. I can get long streaks on normal and hard, but easy always seems to screw me over by hitting a fret too early.

everything DL'ed and installed with no errors, but when I try to run it, I only get a black screen.... any help? I have tried to re-install it (successfully) but am having the same result.

same here...have mytouch 4g with stock o/s. got the 194 mb file to install with no problem, but upon opening the app theres a black screen that says rock band at the top but it hangs for about 10 seconds and then exits to the home screen.

just thought about this...could a possible solution to any kind of problems (including the one i stated above) be due to an existing rock band app installed on the device already? i.e. on the mt4g, it comes with a demo version of rock band. could these be kind of interfering with eachother? just a possible thought, idk. btw, the original pre-installed demo version still works just fine.

hello there, i'm a noob when it comes to android and all that. i've been looking for a rock band game for android, i have a HTC Desire Z. i tried downloading the app from the link on the first page, and when i was done with it, i installed and it downloaded a new rock band app. for some reason, the people here said that it was normal and all so i just continued with the process. when everything was done and with the newly downloaded app was installed, i tried opening it and all i got was a black screen. i've been waiting for something to pop up and nothing seems to pop up. have i done anything wrong?
