Wacom Bamboo Stylus - Seeking Advice

Recently I purchased a Wacom Bamboo Stylus as an alternative to the S Pen, as recommended by someone on this forum. It's a very stylish pen but the cursor that hovers on the screen is slightly 'off' the actual position of the nib - I don't have this problem with my Samsung Bluetooth pen, or another alternative Samsung Pen I have which has got damaged. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so can it be fixed? It's very frustrating. Any help gratefully received, cheers!

I would contact Wacom support. They are usually very helpful.
