Why does my wallpaper changes when I go onto my home screen?

What do you mean by that? Do you mean that after you've set your wallpaper, then go to some other app and then return to the homescreen, the wallpaper has changed back to the previous one?

As in if my phone is asleep, i swipe to get to the homepage and the wallpaper changes to my lockscreen's wallpaper. It does that intermittently. I don't understand why is it doing that.
