Wallpaper Problem?

I just downloaded some 480X800 wallpaper images & for some reason when I go to set them as my wallpaper, I get a box that I can move around on the image & it only shows that portion of the image as my wallpaper? The preview looks perfect. Any idea what's up?

I've been using 960x800 wallpaper and I have to enlarge the box to fit around the whole image. I don't think 480 is wide enough.

Didn't see that you could expand the box, but it doesn't quite work. I'll look for some larger ones & give that a try.

The wallpaper size isn't the screen size. Its 960x800 as it scrolls with the home screens.
