Wallpaper randomly resetting itself

Hi all, my other half has recently got the HTC one mini and every so often it will change the wallpaper back to the default picture. This also happened on her old HTC Desire S but doesn't happen on my Galaxy S4 so I'm sure it's not an android thing. Does this happen to anyone else? and if it does how do you stop it from happening?

Welcome to the forums! Does the issue happen after a factory reset? Also, consider saving the images/photos then going to that particular image/photo to set the wallpaper. Hope this helps.

My google branded galaxy nexus just started resetting the wallpaper a couple days ago.

Two days ago I flashed the full 4.3 image and wiped all volumes in the process. Less than 48 hrs later, my wallpaper reset itself. I wonder if it is a bug in 4.3 or perhaps a rogue app with permissions to change wallpaper. Most of my apps are also on my tablet which is working great... And also running 4.3.

I have the same thing happening with my S5. If my screen locks in landscape mode it seems unable to pull up the set wallpaper and goes back to the default wallpaper...my best guess anyway. I've had the issue with both Nova Launcher and TouchWiz, very random.
