Wallpaper scrolling

Is it not possible to enable wallpaper scrolling? At least to be able to size wallpapers better?? Having a hard time making wallpapers fit the screen.

What are you guys doing as far as applying and resizing wallpapers to fit correctly on your HTC one?

I'm not sure if it's built into the One, but other launchers, such as Nova and Apex have the wallpaper scrolling feature.. As for fitting the wallpaper to the screen, if you select an image that corresponds with the size of the screen it will fit perfectly..
