Wallpaper scrolls no more

This is an odd occurance. I've had the Note 3 for 5 days. It's been working perfectly. I downloaded a few apps, having to uninstall a couple because they crashed and burned. Then, 2 days ago, I saw a message that a security update had been downloaded and installed on my phone. Yes, I have since disabled automatic security updates. So with all that and running GoLauncher and ToucherLOVE that app), my wallpaper no longer scrolls. Before I do a factory reset, can anyone think of anything else I can try? I've done all the obvious things ie; uninstall GoLauncher, reboot, DL fresh copy, reinstall, reboot. Set wallpaper to -not-scroll, reboot, set to scroll, reboot. Yada yada yada...still, no scrolling.

Just hate the idea of having to factory reset the phone.

it would be your go launcher settings that would control the wallpaper scrolling just like in nova,apex launchers

Yes and that's the first thing I checked. Set to scroll, but doesn't. I'll have another look...

Well, it appears that Backgrounds HD and GoLauncher don't play well together. As soon as I uninstalled Backgrounds HD and rebooted, my wallpaper scrolled again. Glad that's over...onto the next ;-)
