Wallpaper settings

I will attach the wallpaper I have a question about.

when I set this it shows the whole thing my buddy has the s3 and it forces him to crop it. Is there a work around for him to be able to set the whole thing like I can on my note 2?

Or is this just a product ofaspect ratio?

I just downloaded the wallpaper you posted and my Note is cropping it. The only way it will not crop a wall paper is if the dimensions maintain the same ratio as the Note's screen (720x1280). The GS3 screen has the same dimensions.

The last android I had was the D2G and the only think I liked more about it was that I could set a full sized wallpaper and it moved as I went to different home screens.

That changed with ICS.....i downloaded a different launcher, launcher pro, so that my wallpaper moved as i switched screens.
