Wallpaper shifting on its own?

Just the past 2 days, I have noticed my theme/wallpaper has been shifting to the right every time I navigate away from the home screen. I have my screens set symmetrically so this is becoming quite the nuisance having to reapply my theme everything I notice it's offset. I also tried just setting my wallpaper to the appropriate image, but am still seeing the shifting occur. Anyone gave any ideas what setting I should be looking for? Thanks in advance!

Do you have the wallpaper motion effect turned on within the wallpaper settings?

I don't have selectable settings under wallpaper save for changing the actual image.
