Yeah this same exact thing happened when the iPhone 4 came out on AT&T (and for every prior iPhone). It's just ridiculous how much people will pay for that crap.

Do take note that none of those phones listed on ebay have any bids on them. Just because someone has a "buy it now" price of $1,500 doesn't mean they will get that much

We'll see how quickly these phones start selling if VZW sells out. I thought about getting one with my NE2 on the first preorder and then selling it but I wasnt sure Id get enough to cover a full price TB and be worth the trouble.

The one ad even says look at the other phones, I assure you 799 is a competitive shipping price...
Ebay will figure them out and remove the sales, they're not idiots.

That would be the day I would wait on someone to get their upgrade phone...then have them mail it to me...when for that money I could buy one, if not two of them outright.

Me too Lol I bought one yesterday from craigs for 500. Was an old man who said he "didnt like it and wanted to just know what the hype was about" was going to be for my fiance since she cant upgrade til dec but msybe ebay is the way to go

Our only hope is that Apple fans eventually go broke because they will buy anything from that company. That's why I despise sales numbers as an argument for Apple -- they have a very dedicated legion and their sales will always be high for new devices because those guys buy everything in the line-up.

I don't see the market staying that high for a reliable amount of time. If people catch on, you'll be lucky to get the $800 that you need for the real phone you wanna get now, plus a small profit.

I sold my Alias 2 a couple days ago on there for $79.99(+$3.50). I got $80.77 after these "fees" haha

YOu make the shipping price alot of money to avoid high ebay seller fees. There is nothing ebay can do about it.It's totally legal. Everyone does it. All the smart sellers lmao
