I have not found a case that adds less then 2mm to the width of the phone, no. I'm using a fat rubberish TPU clear case forgot the name (thinnest of five or so I ordered) when doing outdoor activity, otherwise go caseless. Dropped it once without a case its nicked but otherwise ok. Still looking for a skin case.

I just bought a rubber supcase because it has a band you can attach to wrap it around your arm for running and stuff. The case itself is pretty good by itself

Well then it seems that you know all there is to know about skins and cases so why are you here asking for input on a case

Totally agree.

It amazes me when people ask for opinions then knock the opinions people are giving. I have the Ringke Fusion and think it feels great, looks great and is think enough, it feels better than the naked phone in my opinion.
