Wanting to know if my Ellipsis 8 is compatable with Straight Talk? They use Verizon towers.

I am wanting to switch from Verizon to Straight Talk, but need my Ellipsis 8 tablet from Verizon for use as my Hot Spot when I travel. The qualifiers seem to match, ( LTE, 4G, Verizon towers), but need to know for sure before I buy SIM card and data plan.

Straight Talk uses AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon towers - you decide by which phone you buy (or which one you have if you bring your own). If the tablet has been running on Verizon, get the Verizon starter kit from Straight Talk, but first go to the Straight Talk Compatibility Test and see if Verizon will allow the tablet on their towers through Straight Talk (some devices they allow, some they don't).
