Warranty question (modz can delete)

Just now i was plugging my device to be charged and noticed a crack on the silver band. I never dropped my phone and wondering can i get this replaced. This is my 4th defective s3 that i got from Tmobile. I never dealt with tmobiles warranty. Would take a picture but my phone is the only camera that i have. Im not Rooted

Sorry for late reply....
Just for future knowledge many of the phone repairs shops will also replace screens or body parts not just software of course at a premium but sometimes that premium can be less than deductible or full retail replacement....
