Never had accidental coverage through them, but did have your basic warranty coverage and they were outstanding. My Alienware laptop had to be sent in for a new motherboard about 2 months ago. I processed a claim and received 2 boxes for 2 different locations to ship my laptop back for repairs. Contacted their customer service to figure which to use, in less than a few minutes, had an answer on why the mistake and which to use. After shipped, they kept in constant contact about how my claim was proceeding. Unfortunately it was determined my motherboard could not be replaced, so they paypal'd me the cost of my laptop from my original receipt. In less than a couple days I had my $1500. I will be getting my warranty through them yet again for the Prime and likely any other large electronic purchases. If not already obvious, I highly recommend them.
