Was about to give up on the V10 and then..

I took out the micro sd card and tried it again. Battery life has skyrocketed from 8-12% an hour to like 2-3%. Not sure if it's a problem with my sd card or what but I can live without it. And can live with this phone now. Just an fyi for people with crap battery life.

Sounds like your SD card might be starting to have some problems. I have used 2 different cards in my V10 so far with no battery drain issues.

Definitely your sd card. Try a new one. If you have the same issue, take the phone back for a new one. I've got a 128 gb in mine and my battery goes all day with moderate to heavy use.

I've used the same Samsung 128GB SD card in a Note 4, Moto XPE, and now the V10. Have never had any problems with the card or with it affecting the battery life.
