Since the recent update, my watch no longer responds to touch. Today it's not updating my heart rate. The home button is stuck. Please advise me what to do. Thanks. JCh
How do I do that? I gave up on it and notified Samsung. It was under warranty so I sent it to them for repair. Miss having it. So I am using my old Gear Fit2. Thanks for your help. Will update when I get it back. JCh
Hope it gets fixed then! But if you need to, when it's linked to your phone, just open Wearable, select your watch, go to the HOME tab, and there you should see the RESET option in the GENERAL section.
