Watch stuck at boot animation

I have a serious problem with my watch. Basically it constantly shows the boot animation (with the 4 color circles) for days and when I manage to start the software after numerous resets, it quickly goes back to the boot animation after the first time that is disconnected from the phone. The watch is not operational that way. Any ideas?

Welcome to Android Central! When you say numerous resets, do you mean factory resets? If so, then it sounds like something you'd have to send the watch back to LG for. Is it still under warranty?

One factory reset and dozens of resets by pressing the side button. I was wondering if I could do anything before sending it back. Yes it is under warranty.

With that much jankiness, I'd take advantage of the warranty while you can. Even if it did sort itself out right now, I'd be worried about it glitching more in the future.
