Watch time catches up upon "waking"

Anyone else notice or see their watch show an older time then quickly catches up to display the actual correct time when twisting your wrist to wake it? A little frustrating.

Yep, it happens every now and then. If it does, I try to reduce the time needed to catch up by closing all open apps. That seems to help.
