Watch to go with new Note 10

Gear S3 Classic with LTE. I've had it since it was first available on T-Mobile US. I decided on getting the Gear S3 for three reasons: LTE, design and MST. I used to hate using my HTC one M7 phone on bike rides for fear of dropping it, so I swore to get a watch that would allow me leave my phone at home but still be able to track my bike rides, and make and receive calls in case of emergencies. When the Gear watches first launched, they did not have stand alone call functionality. So when Samsung added that in the S3, released a version that I could wear even with a dress shirt and provided the added convenience of allowing me to use my debit/credit cards without having to carry my physical wallet (Samsung Pay), I had to get it. Newer Samsung watches no longer have the MST technology so I think I'll stick with my S3 Classic for a while.

I had to download the timer app from the galaxy store as well for my galaxy watch. But, I don't know if it can be used as a complication, that would depend on the watch face I assume. But, you can use bixby to start a timer and then the countdown stays on your screen and takes up the whole screen while timing.

Not sure I could get by without my galaxy watch, it has changed how I use my phone. had it for almost a year and it was flawless with my s9, and now also with my note 10.

It's not a bad watch, but doesn't hold a candle to my Apple Watch. Of course my Apple Watch was $500 more, so I shouldn't compare so harshly.

Huawei Watch 2 since last year. Great battery life and easy to use. Unfortunately getting slow now since OS updates, but still working to spec.

Two years ago I tried many android smart watches. Even bought a Gear S3 Frontier. Nothing then or now (2019) compares with the Apple Watch.

I use the note10+ as my daily driver. I use my Apple Watch series 4 cellular as my daily driver too. Apple watches are that darn good. Now if the iphone has a stylus and note app like Samsung Notes...

I've been going back and forth between my Watch Active and LTE Series 3 AW. If the Watch Active doesn't start growing on me I'm considering getting a Series 5 AW LTE.

I used to use a Samsung Gear S3 Frontier, but I switched to a Ticwatch Pro with WearOs. So much better than Tizen.

They just released an lte version, but it only works through Verizon in the US atm

Gear S3 Frontier here. Going on 2+ years on daily use. It just had it first repair done, new motherboard.

I used my Samsung credit on the Galaxy Active. I really only need my watch for the basics and by Gear S2's battery is totally shot so I opted for this one. Absolutely love it so far!

I have the Watch Active but haven't been using it. Been using my Garmin Vivoactive 3 which I really like but planning on upgrading to the Garmin Venu when it's released.

Have no idea what to spend my Samsung credit on. Holding out for the Watch Active 2 but not sure that I really want it.
