I know this thread is 3 months old but I just got mine and am using the WOSUK 22mm. It's $14 from Amazon.

I like just a generic stainless steel, black in my case, stretchy one from a jewelry store and let them put it on. It can be sized pretty much JUST right!

There's a bunch on Amazon. Just search. I got this one and really like it. Came with a tool kit and extra pins. Simple to size and install.
