Watching videos

For everyone that has received the device how is it watching videos in landscape mode, how is the quality and are the black bars annoying? How about cropping does it alter the videos a lot or is it barely noticeable? And after trying both methods will you continue to crop videos or just leave it the way it was meant to be and leave the black bars?

For Netflix, cropping actually allowed me to watch videos closer to their native aspect ratio (for movies with wider than 16x9 anyway) liking videos on this

Any cropping by watching full screen is BARELY noticeable. I love watching videos in full screen.
