hi this is my first time posting to a forum but i really need help and i have no idea what to do

i left my tablet in my backpack where a water bottle leaked and my nexus 7 got wet. the screen was still on and i couldn't turn off the screen and when i finally did it didn't turn back on except once and then it was kinda unresponsive. since then i have used isopropyl wipes to clean the inside (i haven't unattached the motherboard and stuff to see if there was anything underneath cause i don't have the right screwdriver) and i have put it in rice for 24h. it still won't turn on even if i charge it. when i plug it into the computer it does the conecty noise and says that it's installing the driver but then it says instalation failed.

right now i don't really know what to do and i really just want to know if there might be water damage to the motherboard or the battery and if i should replace them or what i should do next. any help would be super appreciated!!!!!!

If your nexus still in warranty period, go to service centre. If not, then wait for few days. The same thing happened to my mobile. It was not working so I stopped using it, then after two months I switched it on and it started working again. If your tab is not in warranty, then wait for few days and then try.
