Wave Lines

Hello there. I have second S3 in a week time and i have same problem on both them. When i try to conect to play store and i got this loading sceen with circle in midlle i got many lines all over screen its almost like something interfere with phones. I live in poor singnal area so it takes some time to conect. Evan when i turn off play store, lines apear on walppaper and over all screen. They like invisible waving lines. I dont know if anyone has this problem before but both s3's where new staight from carphone warehouse and fully uptaded. I rly dont know what i should do, just ingore it or get third phone:/ Any help would be Great

Do the lines show up if you do a screen capture? Either way, can you take a screen capture of the screen with the loading circle, and post it here for us to see.
