Way to adjust the forum choices under the top bar "Forums" button

Forum choices that come up underneath that banner is what I am asking about. Can I choose which forums are listed below that button? Right now I display the Galaxy S5 and Nexus and those have no interest to me? Not subscribed to either currently and did not see any options in my profile settings. So thank you for any help you can offer!

First, subscribe to subforums you're interested in by going to that subforum, clicking on the Forum Tools dropdown menu, and then Subscribe To This Forum. Then, if you click on the Settings dropdown just under your username and avatar, and then click Settings again, you'll see all of your subscribed/favorite forums. It doesn't make much sense, I know--but it's been like that for a long time.

OK, I did all that and have three forum subs. My drop down menu still shows - "Galaxy S5" & "HTC M8" as well as "Nexus Forums. Nothing updated? I am referring to the "Forums" button on the top banner just to be clear. Shows things like "Newest Post" & "Trending Discussions".

Oh, I see--you can't modify that Forums button. That one is preset by the webmaster.
