Way to "rotate" video taken

I have to say I'm impressed with the video camera capabilites. I took this video yesterday and despite not being able to zoom, it's pretty good. However... I held the camera vertically, is there a way to rotate the video??? YouTube - video-2009-12-20-09-09-51

Quicktime pro can easily rotate video and it can handle "3gp" files. The only downside is that it's not a free solution.

Format Factory also claims to have this capability (it's buried as an option somewhere), but I have tried this particular option. Format Factory is free.
