Waze as default for navigation

When I tap on directions in the browser to get to website business location it opens Google Maps.
How do I change it to open Waze.
The phone is Pixel 3a

Try disable Google maps and see if it goes directly to Waze

Or go to Settings>Apps, select Maps, then Defaults>Open Supported Links, and change it to "Ask every time" or "Don't allow app to open links."
