we chat lost id and password, no help

hi
My old phone screen broke so i cant remember my we chat ID or password, when i use y cell nr it asks for security for friends to verify me. i lost all my contacts so i cant get hold of anyone to help me.

the wechat centre doesnt help me at all either, i can only remember my username starting with my name but cant remember the nrs it follows with.

can you help me
