Weak signal, poor calling success/S10/Telekom.

Hy!

Have you ever noticed your device doesn’t make a call when you want to talk to your Mom? Press the CALL button but there are no success call and you are on the contact screen? You get an SMS “MISSED CALL” but there were no ring or any other sign about the incoming call? The call will be lost in the middle of the conversation?

I got the above once-twice in a week... Sometimes in one day.

Restart - didn’t help
Reset network settings - “ -
Cleaning SIM - “ -
At least I made a FullReset and seems like it helped ... but how long...?

1 SIM tray: subscriber SIM (CALL and NET)
2 SIM tray: only NET

Signals on the notifications tray are 2/4 always..

I wrote to the support (Samsung Members) but no answer...

I live in the central of the city and work too here...

I have to be ready to get a call night and day because of my occupation but I’m afraid the phone doesn’t want it. What should I do next...?
 
Check with others in the same areas with different phones, to determine if it's the phone or the carrier.
 
Thanks but there are no smart devices at home just Nokia phones:D

I removed the NET SIM and set the VOLTE off. Continuing tests...
 
OP, do you mean like a long silence when you call someone?

I used to get that often with my note 9 on Sprint network. Since moving to T mobile it's not as bad.

Nope! This happened before but after 3-4 seconds the connection is built up. Nothing happened in my case.

That is normal with Sprint it seems. Happens w/ my parents phones and they have iPhones on Sprint.
 
Did you have the same issue with your previous phone? If not, what was your previous phone and was it with your current cellular company?

The same company (Telekom Hungary) and a Mate10Pro but didn’t remember to mistakes like here. Before was Note8 without it...

Ps: and the same SIM in both.
 
It looks like the VOLT-E powered off was succes and didn’t get mistakes during calls. There is no enough powerful reception to use this option ... or feature ... or bug...:D

Samsung support answered me to delete the datas of the phone apps.
