Wearable App apps page

My watch has been acting up a bit yesterday/today...not receiving some notifications, and other very minor behaviors. When poking around in the Wear app, I saw that, supposedly, none of my apps on my watch are taking up any space. (see below) I did a restore of the watch from a backup, but that didn't change things. Has anybody seen something like this? fwiw, when checking my bride's Wear app and her Watch 6, all apps showed normal storage sizes...any help/observations appreciated.
