Can this also be done on S10+ I have the Accuweather app but have been unable to have the animated weather on my lock screen?

Can this also be done on S10+ I have the Accuweather app but have been unable to have the animated weather on my lock screen?

The lock screen animations are built into the OS, and the data is pulled from the Accuweather database (not the app). I'm not aware of that feature is built into other phones.
