That's amazing! I noticed that it pinpointed my exact location (I live in a small town within a city; and so it actually pinpointed my location to that small town). Impressive!

Since I own one of those personal weather stations that are in the Weather Underground network, I find it very interesting to see the hundreds of reports that go out from my weather station to WU app users around me.

Thank you so much for the widget recommendation! I'm enjoying Weather Underground so far so perhaps this widget will complement it nicely.
Another one is Transparent Clock and Weather: lots of features, frequent updates. They have a slight bug with Weather Underground where in mid-afternoon the forecasted low temperature reverts to the previous night's low. Otherwise it's worth trying.

That bug isn't with Weather Underground itself as I'm not finding that with the WU app.

That must be so awesome to see!

It's with Weather Underground on Transparent Clock and Weather only. It doesn't occur with other widgets I've tested that use WU (HD Widgets, Weather Timeline, Chronus), and it doesn't occur on TCW with any of its other weather services. The developer says it's something from WU, but that doesn't explain why it's unique to TCW. A minor glitch, but you're right, it's not on the native app.

WU has been fussy lately. I just had to reset the app data today as it was puking in launch. It's working now...
I wonder if it might be that since Weather Underground is based in the USA and you are in the UK that the data has to jump back and forth across the pond? Is your URL a .uk URL?

I noticed that it was a little wonky yesterday, as well; but it seems to be working fine now.

Interesting. Since I have a Personal Weather Station that reports to WU every 15 seconds, I look at Weather Underground several times a day to see the real-time weather on my front deck. What kind of "a little wonky" were you experiencing?

Nothing too bad - it just wouldn't load three or four times (in a row) when I tried to launch it. I just closed the app and reloaded and it worked!

I too like the weather network. It works well, it's accurate, and it has all the features I need out of a weather app!
