Weather/Location Not Updating

I've done probably 3 or 4 resets on my Note 4 over the years without any real issue, but this most recent of mine is proving to be problematic.

Using Nova Prime with Zooper Pro, I am unable to get a widget to display my location and weather. I've tried multiple widgets from multiple devs and I get the same results.

I've got location services on my phone enabled. I've made sure locality was properly set in Zooper. I get nothing. When I check location services, I'm not seeing Zooper requesting my location.

I'm sure it's likely a setting that I'm missing somewhere and have forgotten about. Any suggestions?

I guess it's something with the permissions.

Yeah, I'm pretty stumped here. Nova and Zooper both have location permissions and this particular app for Zooper doesn't require it.

But one of the stock widgets displays location and weather info just fine, so I don't think there's a problem with the phone.
