Weather will not work

When selecting the weather option as a clock face, the Fit's screen says: Tap here to use location info on mobile device. (see photo)

Not really sure what that means and additionally, when I select Weather Settings in Gear Fit Manager, nothing happens at all.

Anyone else experiencing this or have any idea why this isn't working?

That was happening to me in the AT&T store when I was getting it set up. I kept tapping like mad but it always came back. As it turns out I didn't realize a screen pops up on the S5 that I had to acknowledge and then that fixed the problem.

I am having the same problem with my note 3...

I just got the AT&T Note 3 kitkat update and it works now...
