Web Browsers Have A Proxy Connection Error.

my LG G5 seems to have developed a strange problem when it comes to internet all of my apps work and can connect fine but chrome and any other web browser that i download cannot it kicks back with a "ERR_Proxy_Connection" and i don't have a proxy setup i checked the wifi settings as well as the apn and can find no trace of any proxy. It also effects my mobile data connection as well not just wifi.

Welcome to Android Central! Does this persist after a reboot? Is your Android System Webview app up to date?
