I was browsing a website the other day and I clicked on a thumbnail with a format I'd never seen before. Webm. It gave me the option to use Android Os or downloads. I used downloads and when I click it, it uses the video player since I assume its just a fancy gif. For an unrelated reason I had done a factory reset this morning and now when I click on webm thumbnails it gives me the option of using video player or downloads instead of the android os. Why did it change and what would have happened if I use android os to open it?
