My wife recently upgraded from the Pre to the Shift, and overall I'd say she likes it. The hardware is so much nicer on the Shift, it basically outweighs any frustrations she's had getting used to Android.
However, one particular pain point has been trying to find a replacement for the "Memos" app that shipped by default on WebOS. For those of you who aren't familiar with WebOS, here is the best screenshot I could find of it:
It is a very simple memo app. When you start the app, it loads a cork board with post-it notes. You can create as many new post-its as you need, and they'll scroll off the screen as necessary. Creating a new note is very quick and simple, and editing existing notes is just as easy. The app and post-its are aesthetically pleasing, and you can change the color and position of the post-its.
We've tried almost every memo app in the market, and haven't found one that meets the above description. They are either too complicated, too difficult to use, or too ugly
The ideal app would have all the features of the webos app and have a widget for sticking either the entire cork board or individual memos to the home screen.
I know these are high expectations. Has anyone found a suitable replacement for this app? What is everyone's favorite memo app?
