website and App are terrible

The website is awful. Does not load well on Firefox or (shudder) IE. The app does not work. I am unable to side scroll from the home page to read any of the highlighted articles. The website has bugs, way too many scripts that crash my browser. Firefox is latest and flash is turned off

Sorry to hear that. I am using the Samsung browser on my Verizon Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and it works ok. Perhaps try it, if you are using a Samsung phone.

Have not tried it through Chrome on my phone, one would at least expect the App to work
 
Have you tried using uBlock Origin with Firefox? It works well for me. It also works with Firefox for Android.
 
No haven't tried any extensions or addons in Firefox. I understand the need for advertisement on the web site. I am mostly annoyed at the App not working correctly on an android device.
 
@lgossin - appreciate the feedback here. If you're able to give us any specifics, we will take a look to see if we can nail down any issues. The more info you can give us (device, OS, browser, etc) the better. Always looking to improve site and app performance, so do please continue to post here.

specifically when I try to read anything but the first article in the list at the hoime page top of screen (with the dots under eh picture indicating multiple screens) the phone will not scroll, you can get the picture to start to show then it snaps back to screen one

The advertisements on the website viewed through Firefox are beyond obnoxious, the pages are very slow to load and as mentions get flash off of your website. for a supposed high tech company you can code all that pretty stuff without flash

Can you try one thing for me? Try clearing your browser cache... and on the app side, try uninstalling/re-installing. We've made a number of updates recently, simply wondering if you're pulling older files.
 
Just uninstalled and reinstalled the App, same issue. also did a full cache wipe, cleared the app cache, chrome cache, face it on a stock Galaxy S5 on Verizon with all of Verizon's updates in place, your app does not work. Not a real confidence builder in your operation
 
I'm sorry you're still experiencing issues. Our tech team is always working on optimizing user experience (believe me, we want our sites and apps to be as FAST as possible!). If you can provide any more specifics I'll make sure our tech team is aware. I report issues like this all the time, and we're constantly chipping away at performance gains!
