Website blocker with ability to add many URLs at once

Hi,

I'm looking for a website blocking app (or any way at all tbh) where I can add multiple URLs instead of the usual "tap the plus button, enter the URL, tap block" way of common website blockers/parental control apps.

For example, I want to add all NSFW subreddits to a blacklist without entering the URLs one by one.

You can't be the only one wanting this so I bet if you did some googling you could find block lists already made
