Webtop app frozen since update

Since the last update the webtop app is frozen. I connect the dock via hdmi to my TV, dock the phone and it gives me the choices. When I select webtop it loads up but the "mouse/cursor" is frozen. If I switch to mirror mode then it is ok but won't work in webtop. Thoughts?

I'm clueless. Nothing on Google search regarding this

I even tried clearing defaults and the cache under applications but didn't help.
