Hello! This was for my wife's birthday breakfast, at Bethlehem's Blue Sky Cafe.
What you see is their Banana Bourbon French Toast with Chocolate Chips. The banana smell mixed with chocolate smell hits you even before you take a bite. The French toast is slightly crunchy on the outside but creamy soft in the middle and the syrup and bourbon is like icing on the cake. Plus, I added some cream cheese for some more tangy and sweet goodness.
