This photo was taken at one of my local sushi restaurants, called Tokyo Joe's Sushi Factory - this is the self proclaimed Tokyo Joe's Roll, which is one of my favourites!
I had taken this photo with my HTC One Android Device and I had used Instagram to modify the saturation of the photo, a wee bit. I have many, many more food photos, but this is my best [I believe!] Cheers, and hope you all like!
