In Davenport, Iowa there's a skybridge that lets you walk above the street and look out at the Mississippi River, but when the river floods it reaches so high that entire streets are covered. This past week it was in range to having the sixth-highest crest for the Mississippi on record at around 21 feet, and because of that I was able to walk across, put my face to the window, and take this shot of Main St. Taken with an HTC One M8; edited with HTC's gallery and finished in Snapseed.

What caught my eye to take the picture is the length and height of the boom of the crane.
The building under construction is a new Restoration Hardware being built in Buckhead, Atlanta, GA.
