Admittedly it’s not the best picture, that being said, it was taken 27 stories up out of a dirty window using an old Galaxy 2 at full zoom.

It was <1% of the 700,000+ 12th man that showed up to celebrate the super bowl.

The tan military truck entering the picture was the one that Russell Wilson was on.
