weird background issue!

I did a factory reset on my father's phone, but the background still has this faded picture of a game my father played. I attached a picture. Any way to get rid of it?

It is on wherever the screen is supposed to be white. so if I'm playing a video, I'll still see it faintly.

Oh wow, try safe mode , but looks like screen burn in

That sure looks like burn-in. Not much you can do about that, unfortunately.
