Weird boot screen

I was trying to get my Note 5 working on Android auto last night. It wouldn't work properly so I attempted to get into bootloader. I must of done something different or wrong and ended up at this weird screen. I saw warning and freaked out and just canceled out as fast as possible after taking a photo.

Anyone know what it's used for?

That's to install a custom os. You probably pressed the volume down key instead of the volume up to access to bootloader

I have both the Verizon and att note 5, and both can access this menu.

I did this 4 days ago just hold the power button and restart ur phone

I also got into this screen, though mine looks a little different. It says its Downloading and to not turn off target. NO amount of holding down power button gets me out of it..... HELP!

EDIT: NM all I had to do was hold up, down, home and power for a bit and it rebooted.
